Latest Improvements and New Feature Releases
We appreciate your time and effort in testing MyPEI Account and MyHealthPEI. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and make meaningful updates to enhance the user experience.
Here are the latest improvements and new feature releases.
Lab Results
The new Lab Results feature allows you to view your blood tests, urine samples, and other lab results directly on MyHealthPEI. Most test results will appear within 4 to 7 days after processing, though some may take longer. This feature applies to tests taken from March 2025 onward.
Note: Additional types of Lab results will be added in the coming months – see a full list of what is available here.
Immunization Records
Updates planned for March 2025 will refine how immunization records are displayed.
Logout Improvements
Recent updates have resolved issues where some users experienced blank pages or unexpected behavior when signing out.
Fitbit Sync
We are aware of an issue preventing activity data (such as steps and heart rate) from syncing automatically. Our team is investigating, and we will provide updates once a resolution timeline is confirmed.
Improved Health Card Verification
We have enhanced the health card verification process by addressing issues with names across various documents, making it easier for users to access their accounts.
Enhanced Email & Two-Factor Authentication Updates
Users now have the ability to update their email addresses and modify their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method, providing greater control and security over their accounts.
Improved Image Capture
We have enhanced image capture functionality to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience when submitting documents or verifying information.
Refined Copy for Better User Experience
Throughout MyPEI Account, we have improved wording and instructional text to make navigation and usability more intuitive and user-friendly.
