Step 1

Ensure you have a verified MyPEI Account. The first step to accessing your medical records online is having a verified MyPEI Account.

If you haven’t created or verified your account yet, visit our page “How to Create and Verify Your MyPEI Account” for step-by-step guidance.

Step 2

Log into your MyPEI Account:

• Go to the MyPEI Account Login page.
• Enter your login credentials and access your account.

Step 3

Add your health card information:

• Once logged in, click on Manage Account.
• Find the section labeled Health Card Information, and click Add.
• Enter your health card number and the expiration date.
• Submit the information.

You’ll receive a confirmation email indicating your health card has been successfully linked to your account.

Step 4

Access your medical records:

• Under the View MyHealthPEI section, click Get Started.
• This will take you to the MyHealthPEI portal.

Step 5

You will have access to:

• Vaccination History
• Health Tracking Tools – Record your weight, height, insulin, blood glucose, and blood pressure
• Smart Device Integration – Connect your Fitbit, Withings, or Garmin
• Educational Health Resources and Materials

Additional features will be made available beginning Spring 2025 and will be phased in during the months that follow, including:

• Recent general lab results
• Medication History
• Diagnostic Imaging Reports
• Expanded Lab Results
• More Self-Entry Tools for managing your health
