To help you navigate through MyHealthPEI, we have put together many support and training resources, including a list of frequently asked questions, guides for reading select lab results (once available in January 2025), and informational videos. You can access these resources in our Education and Resource Library.

Within MyHealthPEI, you will also find a My Health Library, which contains many helpful links to educational materials. Links to related information are available at the bottom of each page within your personal health information and Healthy Living sections in MyHealthPEI.

Rest assured that the in-person or virtual health care provider who ordered the test will follow up with you if they have any concerns or want to discuss your results with you. Your provider might need some extra time to talk with other members of your health care team before they can give you a full explanation.

If you have not heard from the provider who ordered the test and are concerned, please reach out to your in-person or virtual health care provider to ask to have your results reviewed.

If you require technical support with your MyHealthPEI profiles, please contact our eHealth Support Desk at 1-833-734-1873 and select option 4.

 If you need to change your personal information displayed in MyHealthPEI, such as your name, birthday or contact information, please call the PEI Medicare Office at 1-800-321-5492 (toll-free).

If you have questions about your MyPEI Account, please reach out to Contact PEI at 1-833-734-1873 and select option 3. If you prefer in-person support, your local Access PEI office can help you with account set-up.
